Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Return Method
All returns are processed by mail. To start a return, please contact us first at service@swiftgroom.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your package.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its original tags, and in its original packaging. Used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) at service@swiftgroom.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please note that the following items are strictly non-returnable:
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
Intimate apparel and sanitary goods
Gift cards
Clearance items: All clearance and special sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Seller Responsibility (Free Returns): If the return is due to a product quality issue, a defective item, or if we shipped the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label via email.
Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong size/color, or other personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Customers will need to purchase their own shipping label from their chosen courier and pay the actual shipping rate.
6. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
7. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it, and you will need to follow the standard return process once you receive the item.
8. How to Initiate a Return
Please Do Not return your package to the original sender address on the package without contacting us first.
To start a return, you must contact us at service@swiftgroom.com. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the exact return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
10. Refunds Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us immediately.
