Thank you for shopping with us! To ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience, we have outlined our shipping and delivery processes below. Please read carefully to understand our order processing, shipping times, and rates.

Currently, we only provide shipping and delivery services to the United States. All products are shipped directly from China.

1. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on your total order value:

Orders under $70.00 USD: A flat shipping rate of $7.99 USD applies.

Orders of $70.00 USD or more: Enjoy Free Shipping.

2. Order Processing & Shipping Time
The time it takes for you to receive your order = Handling Time + Transit Time.
All orders are processed based on Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) daily. Orders placed and successfully paid before this time will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day.

Handling Time: 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday). During this time, we verify the order, perform quality checks, package the items, and hand them over to the carrier.

Transit Time: 7 - 15 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the estimated time it takes for the package to travel from our warehouse to your address.

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 8 - 18 business days.

Please note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or US public holidays.

3. Carriers & Delivery Addresses

Carrier: We partner with USPS to handle the final delivery of your packages within the United States.

PO Box Addresses: Supported. We can successfully deliver packages to PO Box addresses across the US.

Multiple Packages: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages depending on stock availability and package weight. You will receive tracking numbers for each package.

4. Order Tracking

When to expect your tracking number: You will receive your tracking information once your order has finished processing and has been dispatched (within 1-3 business days after placing your order).

How to track your order: Our system will automatically send a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number and a tracking link to the email address provided at checkout. You can click the link in the email to check the real-time status of your delivery.

5. Payment Method, Taxes & Duties

Payment Method: We currently support secure checkout exclusively via PayPal.

Taxes & Duties: To provide a completely transparent shopping experience, all applicable taxes and customs duties are already included in the product price. You will absolutely not be charged any hidden fees, extra taxes, or duties at checkout or upon delivery.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We do our utmost to ensure your package arrives safely. However, if you encounter any of the following issues, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your package (or noticing the anomaly):

The package is reported lost in transit.

The tracking information has not updated for an extended period.

The product or the outer packaging is damaged upon arrival.

Important Note: If you are claiming a damaged item, you must provide clear photos (showing both the damaged product and the outer packaging) when contacting us. This allows us to quickly verify the issue and provide a proper resolution, such as a replacement or a refund.
