1. Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship? Can you ship to a PO Box?
A: Currently, we only ship to the United States. We do support shipping to US PO Boxes.
Q: How are shipping rates calculated?
A: We offer simple and transparent shipping rates:
Orders under $70 USD: A flat shipping rate of $7.99 USD.
Orders $70 USD and over: Free Shipping.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: The total delivery time consists of processing time and transit time:
Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to pack and ship your order (excluding weekends and holidays).
Transit Time: Once handed over to the carrier, it usually takes 7-15 business days for the package to be delivered to you.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. You can click the link in the email to check your package status in real time.
2. Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Q: What are the conditions for returns and exchanges?
A: Items eligible for return or exchange (whether due to a defect or a change of mind) must be sent back within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in their original, brand-new condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
Q: Who covers the return shipping cost? Is there a restocking fee?
A: Responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:
Our Fault (Defective product / Wrong item received): We will cover the full return shipping cost and provide you with a pre-paid return label.
Customer's Reason (Change of mind / Wrong size, etc.): The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Note: We do not charge any restocking fees.
Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your returned package at our warehouse, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to officially post to your account.
3. Payment & Billing
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept secure and convenient payments via PayPal.
Q: Is it safe to pay on your website?
A: Absolutely. Our checkout page is protected by SSL encryption, ensuring all your transaction data is strictly secured. We never store your sensitive credit card or financial information on our servers.
Q: Are taxes and duties included in the price?
A: Yes, the price you see on the product page is the final price. All applicable taxes and duties are already included, so there will be no hidden fees at checkout.
4. Order Modification & Cancellation
Q: What should I do if I entered the wrong address or want to cancel my order?
A: If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel your order, you must contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing the order. Because we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot make changes or cancellations once 24 hours have passed or if the order has already entered the fulfillment process.
